| LEDWorks products are sold through distribution channels in the Electrical components industry. The following terms and conditions are set forth to outline conditions for our business policies. |

| Purchase Orders |
|
Purchase orders will be accepted as follows:
By distributors (with terms)
By dealers (with terms)
By a franchise dealers (with terms)
All other orders will be COD |
|
| Contracts |
|
| Contracts will only be established for projects which require installation services. |
|
| Payment Terms |
|
All payment terms are considered deposit due with order and balance due before shipment unless otherwise accepted by LEDWorks.
Upon review of purchaser's credit, we reserve the right to accept any of the following terms:
1) 100% deposit
2) 50% deposit and 50% balance due upon shipment.
3) 50% deposit and balance Net 30
4) Contracted progress payments on approved contracts |

| Shipping Policy |
|
| All shipment dates are considered estimates and are not guaranteed. All products will be tendered and shipped F.O.B. Manufacturer's plant or warehouse and may be tendered for delivery in multiple shipments. |

| Return Policy |
|
| All lighting products are made to specification and returns are not accepted. If the project is cancelled, you will be charged full price for all lamp products that have been manufactured. There is a 25% restocking fee for all unused components, transformers and peripherals if an order is cancelled. |

| Terms of Use |

LEDWorks reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Conditions of Use and additional terms or notices posted on the LEDWorks website. Your continued access of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
The entire contents of this website, including but not limited to: Text, graphics, logos, button icons, Flash movies, images, audio clips, and datasheet downloads are the property of LEDWorks and are protected by Domestic and International copyright and trademark laws.
You may print or download portions of the materials from various areas of this website solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.

| Warranty |
|
We take great pride and craftsmanship in developing all of our lighting systems for our many clients. As a result, our systems will give you years of trouble free service. If for any reason, you require our assistance please have your warranty certificate available. Please review these warranty terms and if you have any question, please contact us.
1 Year Exclusive LED Lamp Warranty
All our LED lamps have our exclusive 1 Year Lamp Warranty. Any lamp that fails within 1 year will be replaced at no charge. The only exception to the warranty is breakage. If the lamp is broken, it will be replaced at our standard rate and re-installed at time and material rates.
1 Year Components Warranty
All other components will have our 1 Year warranty. The wiring fasteners, and sealants are all warranted for one year because these products have UV degradation and building movement may affect their life span. Though we use the highest quality materials in our development, UV light and building movement are beyond our control.
